Payment and Delivery Methods

  1. Go to   Authentech Computer and Electronics (authentechjm.co)
  2. Search for an item on our website. You may use the search box to assist you in your search
  3. Click the “Buy Now” button
  4. Enter your Billing and Shipping details
  5. Select how you wish for your item(s) to be shipped: Mail, Knutsford Express, Door delivery etc.
  6. Select how you wish to make payment: Credit/Debit Card, Bank Transfer/Deposit, PayPal, Cash on Delivery, wipay or Lynk transfers
  7. Select “Place order”
  8. Make payment

That’s it… you are done!

We accept a wide range of payment methods! Please view our payment methods below:

Bank Transfer/Deposit
We accept bank transfers and deposits via the bank accounts that are listed below. If your bank is not listed, then you may conduct a third-party transfer to our NCB bank account. Please place your order on our website before making a payment.  Our banking details are below:

There are three (3) ways to make payments to our bank accounts:

1. ATM/ABM Machine
Use an ATM/ABM to lodge the cash or transfer the funds to one of our bank accounts. 

2. Online Banking
Transfer the funds to one of our bank accounts using online banking.

3. Visit a Bank Branch
Visit any local bank and deposit the funds to one of our bank accounts above.

Please note: for all Bank Transfers/Deposits, please send us a copy/screenshot of your receipt along with your order number via WhatsApp to 876-277-0311.

Debit/Credit Card
We accept all MasterCard and Visa card payments for a wide range of items. Your payment may need to be verified.

PayPal
We accept payments via PayPal for a wide range of products.

Lynk
We accept payment via the Lynk app. Our Lynk QR code and user name are visible after placing your order at checkout.

Cash on Delivery
We accept “Cash on Delivery” for certain orders delivered to Kingston, St. Catherine, Clarendon, Manchester and St. Elizabeth that are $15,000 or less.

Delivery Methods within Jamaica

  • Post Office: 2-4 business days (JA $700 + JA $400 handling fee for the first 10 Lbs)
  • Knutsford Express: 1-3 business days (JA $1000 + JA $500 handling fee for the first 10 Lbs)
  • Door Delivery Islandwide: 1-3 business days (JA $2,800 for the first 10 Lbs)
  • Pick-up : At select locations

International Delivery Methods

  • SPR: (Small Packet Registered): up to 30 days (no tracking number, JA $750 for the first 2.2 Lbs)
  • Air Parcel: 14-21 business days (JA $650for the first 1.1 Lbs)
  • Fast Track: 5-7 business days (JA $6,450 for the first 2.2 Lbs)
  • DHL:    USA, Canada & Latin America – 3-5 business days
      • Caribbean 2-4 business days, Europe – 4-6 business days
      • Rest of the World – 4-6 business days

International Buyers – Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine these additional costs before buying.

Delivery Cost

Delivery costs are calculated based on the Delivery Method, shipping address and the weight of the order. To view the delivery cost for your order, please visit www.authentechjm.co add the item(s) that you wish to purchase to your cart then go to “Checkout” and enter your shipping details.

How to Track my package?
