Can you source an item for me?
Yes. We will source whichever item you want, pay for it, and deliver it to you.
Can I get a Proforma Invoice?
Yes. Here is how:
Step 1. Simply add the item(s) that you wish to purchase to your cart
Step 2. Go to the Checkout page
Step 3. Select “Bank Transfer or Deposit” as your payment option then select “Place order”

How will I receive my order?
We deliver locally and internationally using a variety of courier services such as the Mail, Knutsford Express, Doorway Express, Tara Courier, DHL (for overseas delivery), and more! You may also collect your order at any of our pick-up locations.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Orders shipped within Jamaica usually take between same-day to 3 business days to deliver.
Orders shipped internationally take between 3 to 14 days to deliver.
Please note: the delivery time is based on the delivery method selected on the Checkout page. Items on backorder usually take an additional 1-2 weeks to be delivered.
How to track my package?
First, you may check your order status here to see if your order is On Hold, Processing, Shipped, etc. Also, if you have an account with us, then you may go to My Account and then “Orders” to view your order status. If your order was “Shipped” then you should receive an email with the courier’s name and tracking number, if the courier offers a tracking number. Please click the name of the courier your package was sent with, then enter your tracking number:

Will the packaging be discreet?
All packages are sent in the most discreet manner possible; usually, packaged in bubble wrap paper envelopes, opaque packaging plastic bags, or carton boxes.

Yes, you may. Most of our products carry 30 days warranty.
Do you sell at Wholesale Price?
Yes. We offer Wholesale Prices on certain items. Please contact us if an item that you wish to purchase wholesale does not show the wholesale price.
